We believe that Christian Education is one of the central roles of the church. There is literally a Sunday Church School class for everyone of every age, Nurturing faithful and loving disciples is the goal of our educational ministry. The Sunday Church School remains an important component of discipleship training at First Baptist Church. Classes are available for all ages from preschool through senior adulthood. Childcare for infants and toddlers is also available during the church school hour.

Several adult classes are available. Some classes engage in Bible study, applying the Bible to everyday life and issues.
Some classes engage in elective study of various topics and books of interest to the faith.
